Tariffs and Rights

Payment of the ticket is required at the time of the purchase. All tariffs are expressed in euros and are inclusive of the rights and of VAT if due; they do not include meals, drinks, or any entrance to the Caves.

Transport conditions

The motor ship you will travel on might change during the trip, so the one used at the departure might not be the same of the return or the continuation of the trip. In the event of modifications, communication will be given by the crew.
Nuovo Consorzio Marittimo Ogliastra disclaims any responsibility for the failure to board of passengers from the beaches due to their delays and negligence, reserving the right to make or not a reverse or routes change if this fact causes inconvenience to other passengers.
At the discretion of the commander, the chosen routes may be subject to variations imposed by particular environmental conditions or for any other reason related to navigation safety, including the possibility of failure to reach the destination without, however, any right on part of passengers of reimbursement of the travel ticket.

Special tariffs conditions

All special and promotional offers are available in a limited number that varies according to the line/route, time and date of departure and until the places assigned to it are exhausted. Tickets purchased at a special rate are not refundable, even partially, even in the event of changes. They can still be modified. In addition to the online promotions, Nuovo Consorzio Marittimo Ogliastra reserves the right to propose further eventual campaigns with promotional tariffs that cannot be applied retroactively for the previously defined contracts.

Boarding

It is necessary to be ready to board at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Passengers are required to go directly to the indicated boarding point.

Variations of purchased tickets are allowed under the following conditions:

– Change made until the day before departure;
– Change made on the day of departure.

Waiver of travel and ticket refund

– Carried out until the day before departure;
– Carried out on the day of departure.

Reductions

Any reductions shown on this site are not cumulative and cannot be validate after the trip.

On-board checks

The passenger who, during the journey, does not have a ticket without having given prior notice to the Captain of the ship, will be subject to payment of the full ticket price plus 100%. The passenger who, during the journey, does not have the document giving title to the facilitation applied when issuing the ticket at a reduced rate, will be required to pay the difference between the reduced rate already paid and the full rate plus 100%.

Animals in tow

It is possible to transport dogs and cats on board the motor ship. However, animals are not allowed to stop at the Coves provided by our offered itineraries; they can stay on board the boat during stops under the owner’s supervision. Dog transport is permitted if the animals are kept on a leash and is used a muzzle.

Other

Passengers’ data will be recorded for their safety, that of the ship and the port facilities, in compliance with the Ministerial Decree of 13/10/1999.
